          Starting with the design of your home, we'll customize your home plan to meet both your lifestyle and your budget.  Many people believe that you need a lot of money to build a home, but even if you have a modest budget, it is still possible to design and build a custom home.
 

          As far as price, we’re slightly more when compared to Salisbury Homes and Fieldstone Homes but with a much better QUALITY product.  We can do this because we’re a smaller outfit and we don’t have the huge overhead expenses and model homes to pay for.
 

          More often than not, our homes actually compete with comparable older existing homes of similar size in price.  However, it's hard to put a price on the fact that our homes are brand new, covered by a year warranty, and that each home includes the personal touch of each client in the design.  Why buy an existing home with electrical and sewer problems when you can buy new?  Why buy a new cookie cutter home when you can customize anything you want without spending more? 
 

          The economy is down, but this is a great time to build! The subcontractors are hungry and are giving us great deals, and material costs are down as well. We have great financing options for construction loans with as little as 10% down.
